Im Back…Sry for not being here for a while long, i was real busy with all the moving, im now living in Venezuela

I would like to say that this was a veeery good selection from sweden, very original, the only thing i dislike is that the singer should at least do her hair before the perfomance xD but just a wonderfull song. Ill post later all my coments and a list of my favourites at forums, im just overloaded with the university…C ya!! J.J

P.S: She did a thousand times better in ESC that in the Melodifestivalen, and thats good, almost no one can nail it…

Même si j’ai eu du mal à voir que la chanson était en français, elle aura au moins eu le mérite… et elle a une superbe voix !!
Par contre les sous titres de la vidéo sont faux pour le refrain en français.

Even if it was difficult for me to understand that she sing in french, she still had the merit of trying … and she has a great voice !!
Against by, the sub titles of the vidéo are wrong for the french refrain.

The performance from Sweden (Malena) would have to be a stand out from the last couple of years from Eurovision. It was a shame that the european countries didnt back her but here in Australia we took a vote and Malena was in the top 3

Hi, I’m French and I don’t understand the French part of the song But that’s besides the point (it’s opera after all), the song is absolutely great and love it.
I really hope that Malena will win. It’s original nd fresh blend of different style and talented interpretation.
Enough wih the national popularity contest and let’s go back rewarding the best song!

Yay we are in the final!!!! YAY!!!! XD
I think we did a great performance during this semifinal, somehow I think it might have been even better than her performance in Melodifestivalen. Though I dunno why I think that But yea she was good today and I think, ok I am Swedish but without being too one-eyed, that we deserved to go through and I’m happy we did. This has been a good start to this year’s Eurovision anyway.

Haha! You did a good job defending your entry. Yeah well, I don’t know. I’ve heard opera in English and in Finnish, and from those I heard what they said. But I don’t know if I would make out the lyrics if they sang in Swedish, either. Har du någon opera clip så att jag kunde försöka förstå ordet? Haha, my Swedish is excellent, eller va?

Ok, it may be that the French understand it better than me. We’ll see.

Well anyway, are you sure that the reason why you can’t hear what she’s saying in French is her pronunciation, not simply that she sings it in opera style? I mean, you never really hear what they sing in opera in my opinion Plus that the title of the song is in French so they should be able to guess that she sings in that
I also think it’s good with something different, if it’ll do well I don’t know.
100%Swedish I agree, I have a hard time to believe that any other song in the final would do so much better than this. Maybe one or two could, but the biggest part of it definately wouldn’t. Så jag håller med om det..dom flesta låtar i finalen hade inte gått bättre i ESC än den här kommer, speciellt inte typ Måns eller EMD..är väldigt glad att inte nån av dom låtarna vann i alla fall.

Ehm… I think that this song was great, because she has a good singing-voice, and even if it is pop-opera, it was good…
Malena Ernman is her name, she is here from Sweden, but the song is in english and french…

And i think that it will do better in ESC than any other song that was in the final could… That was my opinion!

Umm… I don’t even know what to say. First word that comes to mind… weird. REALLY weird. She has a good voice and all, but the song is very not good. And you know what, I don’t think the French will vote for this song, because I don’t think they even realize she is trying to sing in French! I mean, the pronunciation is simply awful. I couldn’t make out one word she was saying, even though I had the lyrics in front of me. BUT it’s true that it’s different from Sweden’s usual entries, and that’s good. All this being said, I wish you good luck in the competition!

I think she is Swedish, haven’t heard anything else..

Jag förstår inte riktigt vad du menar, låten är ju på engelska och franska så det är väl inte så konstigt att det inte låter som svenska?

I know what you’re talking about.
I think this is a song that some like a lot, some hate..I still don’t know what to think. I’m not a big fan of opera either, on the other hand I thought it was time for something new..if this is it? Only time will tell….Qué será, será. lol
But yea, it COULD have chances to do well

and yea I had a very good time in france, it’s such a nice country, I went to Chamonix in the alps..and it was really nice, loved it in when I was in Paris, and there too..
