Rebeka Dremelj to represent Slovenia at Eurovision Song Contest 2008

The following songs were performed at EMA 2008, Slovene national final tonight (3rd February 2008):

4. 4Play – DJ
5. Eva Černe – Dovolj
6. Turbo Angels – Zabava
7. Johnny Bravo – Butn….Butn!!!!
8. Tina Gačnik – Tiana – Povej!
9. Manca Špik – Še Vedno Nekaj Čutim
10. Cole In Predsednik – Dober Planet

Two semi-finals were held on Friday and Saturday with ten songs in each and five of them progressed to tonight’s final in the TV studio 1 in Ljubljana. First round of televoting at the final contest decided on two singers: Rebeka Dremelj and Langa in Civili.
Rebeka Dremelj with her song Vrag Naj Vzame won the second round by beating the second-placed Langa In Civili by less than 400 televotes.

Rebeka Drmelj is a very popular Slovenian singer and Miss Slovenia 2001.
