Lol that's a Linda Bengtzing song from Melodifestivalen a few years ago. It's basically about a man which every girl wants except herself cause if you understood the lyrics she sings that he “has got a secret that nobody knows” and you would also understand that that secret is that they have had a relationship/romance before. I could maybe eve translate the whole song for you if you want me to.
This video by the way is just a parody making fun of that song.

The video is making fun of her song by putting pictures with Hitler which fit in to the text to make it look like it was him she was singing about which it of course was not.
For example when she sings “när han går förbi då tystnar musiken, hans magi gör ingen besviken” which means “when he walks by the music becomes silent, his magic makes no one disappointed” they have put up pictures of Hitler and his Nazi troops marching and so on.
It's of course not an official video, it's just someone who wanted to make fun of it.

I see now. I thought that it was an official video and of course didn`t like such nazi popularization.

Oh ok, well I think they'd never make an official video like that, and I surely hope they never will either. I wouldn't at all have liked that either, and I don't think normal Swedish people would ever allow such a video as an official one.

Hey Mike!!! Good to see you back!  And ah at least this time it wasn't my fault 
I didn't know she made a Croatian version… you come with fresh ideas as usual! 
The only lyrics for Kao stranci that I can find on the net are not correct so.. I will write down the lyrics and make a translation…
