Not sure how to translate this in English “na meni ostao je pogled
pod kojim starim, vrijeme me šiba”

Well… I am not sure whether to go with something like “I remained under the eye that’s making me old, time is taking its toll” ; “the eyes stuck on me…”, or, more likely “the look (in someone’s eyes) stuck in her mind…” but I’m having trouble trying to find sense in any of the possible explanations…

    al’ ovaj je poraz
    samo moje siroče

Nisam sigurna kako bih ovo prevodila na engleskom 🙂

Also one more thing. When I went to check which songs of Zeljko Vasic I translated, I noticed that there is an error in the link. I click his name, but it doesn’t reach his tags with songs, but it directs me to one of my translations haha 😀

Seems I messed something up with Zeljko.. Thanks! 🙂

What does “proje mean”? Example: Neka me još večeras proje
    ta sreća koja kvari san

Is there more of a meaning to this sentence? It kind of be odd to translate it as “I’m made from ribs for you” haha “od rebra ti stvorena.”

Well… Christians believe that God created Eve using Adam’s rib
Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man” (“I Gospod Bog stvori ženu od rebra, koje uze Adamu, i dovede je k Adamu.”)

So, the woman in the poem is “made of (his) rib (for him)”

If you don’t mind, I will proofread the poem anyway, once you’re done with it 🙂

Nisam sigurna kako bih prevela ovu rečenicu
“Za ne vjerovati, za ne ostati
    hladne glave stojim sad”

    Hm…
Pretpostavljam da te stihove treba ovako povezati

    Za ne vjerovati, – Unbelievable
za ne ostati hladne glave – impossible to keep a cool head
stojim sad pogledaj i odajem priznanje – …
