Can you please tell me a translation for this please:

Okay, facebook world … do I know any Croatian speakers, and if so, can you tell me what this means? Google translate tells me there are stars, sky and love, but it’s a bit murky after that.
Ti si lipa, moja Mare jer velika lipost tvoja
Srce, život meni sa’ne, sve za tobom dušo moja
Pri o’ zvizde ću izmolit da mi sa’je na po neba,
Neg o’ tebe da mi saj’eš do po skala da te gledan

Never before have I felt a piece of music move me as this one does.I am 69 years of age and have chosen this for my funeral as I dont want people to be sad just to know I have loved and been loved in my life. Should such an occasion arrive maybe a bit late now) I would also choose this for my wedding.
